Terms and Conditions
At time of booking a 50% deposit is required to secure a simulator slot. We will then match your availability to simulator and instructor availability. If no availability can be found within three months the client has the choice between either a full refund of the deposit or a session outside of the three month period. Once a date and time have been offered and accepted by the client, the deposit is non-refundable due to similar arrangements with our simulator providers. Payment of the balance is due 24 hours before the booked session date. An invoice will be sent prior with frequent reminders Failure to pay the balance will result in automatic cancellation of the session without any further refunds. Cancellations, changes, no shows
All the simulators have high utilisation by the airlines with only limited slot availability. Consequently, date changes are not guaranteed after booking and subsequent cancelations are charged at 50% up to 48 hours before the session and no shows at 100% of the total price. Cancellations within 48 hours are considered no-shows. Late arrivals or early finishes, resulting in a shorter experience, regardless of the reason, are not refundable. The only exception is a technical malfunction of the simulator. To secure a more social day time slot, bookings must be made as far in advance as possible (3-4 months), depending on location.
Number of participants
You can be accompanied by (1) one friend in the simulator. Members of the client’s entourage must remain either outside the simulator building, in the reception or in the coffee / refreshments area.
Age
Minimum age of participants including companions is 18 years, no exceptions.
Dress code
Attire must be smart casual to fit in with training facility environment. Not allowed are jeans with cut off/frayed hems or designer holes, overly revealing or sheer clothing, including bare midriffs, extremes of leisure/ sportswear including track/jogging/stretch wear (Lycra), beach clothing including swim wear/ beach footwear, clothing with questionable/offensive wording or graphics, shorts of any description. Any final decision is made by a representative of vipsimulator ltd.
Waiver
You or your representative must sign a waiver before entry to the simulator can be granted. Failure to agree to our terms and conditions and signing of the waiver will result in cancellation of the session without refund. Clients must therefore read the waiver before booking.
Availability
We cannot guarantee any specific slot availability, especially at short notice. We recommend you book as early as possible to secure particular time and date slots.
Conquer fear of flying
Our one-to-one conquer fear of flying sessions are designed to achieve a high success rate. However, we do not imply or guarantee 100% success. At the discretion of VIPsimulator and on a case by case basis we will consider a 50% refund of the total price if the client does not make any progress or stops the session early.
